Power is derived from 2 main sources - money and people.

"Have-Nots" must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.) SO WHAT! iCaucus IS people!

Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.

"Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules."
Excellent strategy! So what are our rules?
FREEDOM! CIVILITY! INCLUSION! TRUTH! DIALOGUE NOT DEBATE! FOUNDING FATHER’S DOCUMENTS! OK. LET’S INVITE THEM TO HELP US LIVE UP TO THEM! WE CAN THANK THEM FOR THEIR HELP!

There is no defense.
THIS IS EVIL! Rule 5 discusses human relationships in war-like terms. There is no humanity in this vocabulary.
THE DIALOGUE-BASED RESPONSE IS:”YOU WIN. YOU’RE THE INSULT KING. I SURRENDER!”

RULE 10:
"If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive."
STUPID THINKING! A NEGATIVE WILL ALWAYS BE A NEGATIVE. WHEN REPETITION DULLS THE BRAIN YOU HAVE DEFEAT NOT A POSITIVE. YOU LOSE AGAIN BECAUSE PATRIOTIC AMERICANS WILL NEVER ACCEPT A NEGATIVE AS A POSITIVE.

Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.
EXACTLY! THAT IS WHY WE WILL NOT BE VIOLENT. THE PUBLIC’S SYMPATHY DOES NOTHING FOR THE PUBLIC ONLY FOR YOU. THE PUBLIC WANTS TO BE EMPOWERED AND NOT SIT AROUND DROWNING WITH EMOTIONS.

(Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management's wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)
WHAT PLANET ARE YOU LIVING ON? IT’S THE UNION THUGS THAT ARE THE VIOLENT ONES TODAY. YOU ARE FAILING WITH YOUR OWN RULE (#10).

RULE 11:
"The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative."
RULE 11 IS RULE 10 PUT DIFFERENTLY. RULE 10 STATES THAT YOU USE A NEGATIVE TO CREATE A POSITIVE. RULE 11 SUGGESTS THAT AN ATTACK –negative- CREATES A CONSTRUCTIVE ALTERNATIVE –positive. AGAIN YOU CANNOT CREATE A NEGATIVE OUT OF A POSITIVE, NEGATIVES DESTROY. POSITIVES CREATE. YOU CANNOT CREATE SOMETHING BY DESTROYING IT.

Never let the enemy score points because you're caught without a solution to the problem.
OPPS! TRUTH DOES NOT KEEP SCORE. IT PROVIDES A WAY OF LIVING WITH SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS. SCORING POINTS IS NO WAY TO LIVE. NOT ONE OF THE 12 RULES DISCUSSES OR ENCOURAGES A SOLUTION TO ANYTHING. THESE RULES ARE DESIGNED TO DESTROY NOT CREATE.

(Old saw: If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.) OPPS! Bill on the CO2 Issue

Just two points:

FIRST) just remember the general science. While CO2 is a greenhouse gas...on
Venus; on earth (40 million miles farther from the sun) it is the single indispensable
building block of life. Without CO2 there would be no plants; no plants, no animals.
Two years after CO2 disappeared the world would be a cold dead stone spinning
silently and unobserved in space. Life can only be sustained at free CO2 levels
near to some greater than exist today. And as Roger talks about in these pages, the
earth has a near infinite capacity to process and store it. The more there is, the
more lush is plant growth on land and sea, and therefore available animal food.

SECOND) When someone says that there is a “consensus” of 68 or 98 or any percent
of scientists who agree that humans are the cause of changes in climate, the one
thing you may be sure of is that they are not talking about science. Whenever you
talk about percentages you are talking about politics, and/or exploitation of those who
simply don't know.

Science is about things that are or are not. It is about careful experiments that
anyone anywhere must be able to do and get the same results, or the experiment
fails. If an experiment is performed 10,000 times and the results in one are
different, it is a failure. There is no such thing as “scientific consensus”.
It is a contradiction in terms.

* A Gov't that has a Positive Cash Flow year after year
* LASTLY, Energy Independence by becoming the World's Largest Supplier of Energy.

Tax And Trade is a college students thesis that has no working basis and harkens
back to Depression Era tactics of manipulation of the Economy and is Most Likely
Unconstitutional. I will use one Energy Segment below as an example. But, understand
that what is said below is applicable and are multipliers in resourses and in solving
the above listed problems. The others not discussed but massive multipliers are what
I call "Now Available Energy Resources", and are Oil Drilling, Gas Drilling, Shale
Conversion, Liquified Coal, Coal Itself, Hydrogen Production and Compression, Compressed/Liquified
Gas. Also not discussed is what I call "Future Energies Not Available Now". And they
are Advanced Battery Technology, Micro Nuclear Engines, Cold Fusion, Mag-Lev Transportation,
Advanced Solar Competitive with Coal. Please remember that the unaddresed Energies are
Multipliers of my later discussion on Just Nuclear Plants, and can 20 times what now follows.

Under Truman we had the George Marshall Plan, It became to be the same year Israel became a
Nation in 1945. Devised in 1947, the real name for the plan of which almost nobody knows
today was the "European Recovery Act, or ERA. Using the same Initials I propose the "Energy
Recovery Act". As a side note; Russia was offered this program along with Europe but turned it
down. The USA contributed 13 Billion, and we more than got our money back. Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden,
Switz., Turkey and the U.K. put up 12.731Billion. So lets round off to 50-50 or 26 Billion
dollars. Using Googles Inflation Calculator, One Dollar in 47/48 is now worth 9.78. Thus 26
Billion is = to 255 Billion in todays Money. Or a 1/4 of a Trillion. Now as I get into Nuclear
I keep repeating do not lose track of all the other "Now Available Energies". Like Newt's "Drill
Baby Drill"!!

First as in the Marshall Plan; Industry, Investment banking world-wide, and our Gov't{Both
Federal and State}, where applicable under a Formula, but not in control of the Federal Gov't,
with allowability for Federal Gov't participation in certain regulations would constitute the
parties of the new ERA. Being in N.C. Duke Energy in 08 for its Lee Nuclear Facility estimated
costs of 11 Billion. The TVA has cost Estimates of 5.6 to 10.4 Billion, but claims Gov't
Regulations would add another 5 Billion. These we know, these excessive regulations were to
prevent the building of Nuclear plants in this country. So lets use the Duke numbers and factor
back the Regulations later.

I propose using the 700 Billion unspent Stimulus Money as Gov't Seed Money, matched with Industry
and world-wide Investment Banking Money, as was done in the European Recovery Act. You could
build 126 Plants starting all at once. [The Big Bang, heard around the world]. It would begin
on a day to be Celebated as "Energy Independence Day". If we redid or removed the impeding
regulations for the same 1.4 Trillion matching Dollars we could build 250 Plants, while
maintaining a proper Safety Net. Forget about the gab that comes from Congress that it would
take 10 years to build a Nuclear Plant. We could build all 250 Plants in 5 years. Hell the
Marshall Plan or ERA rebuilt 15 countries in Europe in 4 years. The Plan ended in 1952 for
you historians. The above and below is supported by S.C. Electric & Gas, Duke Power, Progress
Energy, Florida Power and Light, and the TVA. And Further backed up by the Cato Institute.

Bibliography sources used in this Treatise, indicate that it would take on average 1600 employees
to build a Nuclear Plant in 5 years. So 250 Plants would require 400,000 People. After which each
plant would require approximately 1300 Employees to operate each Plant 24/7. That is still 325,000
People 5 years later. Again from my resourse research, the multiplier factor to all other
Industries/Companies suppling into this Massive Building Program is estimated to be about 8-10, or
we would need another 3-4 million New Employees. As a side note, we/I are aware that Cooperative
buying for 250 Plants would further reduce costs, which may allow for even more Building, but is
not estimated here as it cannot be enumerated at this time.

Estimates of a total of 600 New Nuclear Plants added to what we now have would be able to supply the
Entire Electical Grid of the United States, and do so for 30 years. Nuclear Plants have a life
expectency of from 30 to 50 years. What comes after is for interpretive speculation. Thus, in the Energy Recovery Act Plan all the other Energy Resources that are designated as "Now
Available" gets included. Either in a Step Progression or Overlap Process, or there could be that
there is enough World-Wide Investment Capital, and Oil, Coal,Shale, Gas Companies with Gov't
Guarantees allows for a side by side Capital Venture as outlined for Nuclear above. The End Game,
"The Goal" is to have created so much Energy Supply of Varying Types that there is no way we could
use all that we could produce. Thus making the United States the Number One Supplier and exporter
of Energy Products World-Wide. Remember that Congress and the Environmental Lobbies have our all
other "Now Energy Resources" bottled up in regulations, laws, and just plain No's.

Unleasing the Now Available Energy Resources, conservatively would require another 8-10 Million
People to be Hired, and the Supporting Suppling Industries/Companies may need another 8-10 Million P
eople to be hired. We would need an Immigration controlled Workers Program, because we do not have
enough People to Fill all the Jobs that would be created. Especially when you factor in the Baby
Boomers about to leave the work force. Upon announcement of a Plan called the Energy Recovery Act,
world Oil Prices would most likely fall below 30 Dollars per Barrel. Traders and Speculators would
have to find another commodity to play with.

Again I emphasize we will not expand upon the "Now Available", or Future "Not Available" Energy
Resources yet to come. In Business Management Modalities as in TQM[Total Quality Management],
we are taught a Business Technique that some call: "Problem to Benefit Reversal Planning". This
writer, as a Graduate of 7 Different TQM Courses understands the basic principles. The Reversal
Plan, identifies your Number One Problem and with planning and action plans makes the Number One
Problem, the Number one Producing Asset.

Our GNP was about 16 Trillion, and is heading towards 14 Trillion. I know many would argue about
what our GNP is or what it really is. But for argument sake lets say that what I have Heard that
14 Trillion is where we are heading, that this creates total net Revenues for all [Individuals
and Companies after taxes] of about 4.5 Trillion. With 58 Trillion in Unfunded Liabilities, if
the Gov't took 100% of our Monies, it would take 12 years to pay off this Debt.

It is reasonable and possible using estimates and some assistance from the Cato Institute and the
Heritage Foundation, that a total Energy Recovery Plan of all of our energy resources, could create
an Economy who's GNP might be 64 Trillion Dollars, creating 18 Trillion in Gov't Revenues. Of course
Us Constitutionalist Patriots, believes the Gov't takes too high of a % of our incomes Now! But, if
things were left as is, we can see how 18 Trillion in Revenue to the Gov't. does solve The Original
Problems I starred above, in this Papers' beginning of low tax Revenues, healthcare Safety Nets,
healthcare for the poor, no more deficits, a strong currency, immigration control, full employment,
housing rebirth, positive cash flows for Medicare, Medicaid, and SSI[Until they can be reformed],
positive cash flows for States and the Fed. Gov't. And Lastly Energy Independence for many gererations, creating huge profits from our supply to the world.
